STORY OF SHE CREATES.CO
She Creates.co has been a lifetime in the making, founded by Nicola who was rearranging her surroundings before she could even write. This lifelong obsession with spatial harmony led her to declare on her Year 6 graduation papers "When I grow up I want to be an Interior Designer" - a promise she has spent a lifetime fulfilling. Today, Nicola is a recognised authority in the Australian design landscape. Her work has graced the cover of Adore Magazine and earned her a place among the Top 20 Stylists in Southeast Queensland.
As a multi-faceted creative strategist with a background in business and marketing, she approaches every project with a rare dual-lens: the precision of a commercial strategist and the soul of an artist. Her multi facetted creativity extends into professional photography, content curation and strategic property development which has seen her transform her personal properties into successful Airbnb's and photoshoot locations known as, The Little White House and The Pink Bungalow which was voted among Queensland’s top five photoshoot destinations. This hands-on mastery of Property ROI and atmospheric styling provides her clients with a distinct advantage: a designer who understands both the delicate 'Art of Living' and the rigorous strategy of a high-value asset.
On a deeper level, Nicola has a lifelong obsession with learning about the mind and self-development, fascinated by the impact of surroundings on the human psyche. By strategically blending psychology and Interior Design, she has pioneered a holistic approach to the built environment. She operates on the conviction that a space is never merely aesthetic, it is a catalyst for personal evolution.
